Directors Beliefs and Statements

The directors and key personnel have many years successful experience within the care spectrum and running domiciliary care businesses at Chief Executive, Responsible Individual, Registered Manager and Operational business levels to ensure stability and quality of service for stakeholders and service users.

The knowledge and experience of the management team, with the ability to communicate, respect and work in partnership with service users and staff members establishes a proven combination for a successful and welcome service for the local community elderly population, employment opportunity for care staff and a business challenge.

The service provides support and assistance with an enabling approach in order to maintain independence and social inclusion rather than institutionalised care.

The need for personal care can be a stressful experience for service users. We aim to make this "need for assistance" a dignified and sensitive experience for our service users, through educated, high quality care staff with a company ethos supporting service users' culture and adopting a person centred philosophy which empowers service users to plan their own lives and enable them to reach their goals. The Managers will work in partnership with staff, service users, commissioning authorities and regulators to achieve positive service user outcomes. Learning from experience will be an essential element of care provision. Understanding of the Code of Conduct for Social Care Workers and adherence to Essential Standards of Quality and Safety 2010 (CQC) will contribute to an accountable and safely empowered workforce.

This service will offer a high level of care with transparent care planning and honest communication with service users. Management mechanisms to ensure safe and effective care will include quality control through audit, and governance of care provision. This welcoming, friendly business promotes a person centered approach and continually strives to learn and improve services.
