Terms & Conditions

All private service users will receive a written Contract prior to the commencement of care.

The Contract will set out the terms and conditions of the Agency, summarised as follows:-

  • Name and contact details of the service user
  • Name and contact details of the Agency
  • Details of the care to be provided
  • Limit of duties to be performed by care staff
  • The charges for care (including travel costs)
  • Details of insurance cover
  • Period of notice required
  • Details of annual review of charges

Invoices are raised monthly and forwarded to all service users. Payment can be made by Standing Order, Cheque or Cash delivered to Head Office.
