All private service users will receive a written Contract prior to the commencement of care.
The Contract will set out the terms and conditions of the Agency, summarised as follows:-
- Name and contact details of the service user
- Name and contact details of the Agency
- Details of the care to be provided
- Limit of duties to be performed by care staff
- The charges for care (including travel costs)
- Details of insurance cover
- Period of notice required
- Details of annual review of charges
Invoices are raised monthly and forwarded to all service users. Payment can be made by Standing Order, Cheque or Cash delivered to Head Office.
